Full body group fitness to kick off the day in the very best way.  All experience levels welcome.  That first step is coming in. Believe, Achieve, Conquer!

STRONG Bootcamp -1 hour Saturdays 7am

Full body group fitness focusing on strength based exercise.  Feel good, feel Strong, feel accomplished!

HARD CORE - 1 hour Mon 9:15am Tue 8:15am & Wed 8:30am

Full Body Group Fitness class focusing on your core. First timers welcome. Summer bodies are made in the winter.  Let's start on that six pack you will be rocking soon!
