Personalized Fitness Training is a semi private class designed with you in mind. We will customize workout based on your specific goals. You will be given a customized workout that will take about an hour to complete. You can come in anytime during the time frame allowed so you go at your own pace, show up when you decide works best. Training for a marathon? want to lose arm fat? have an upcoming mma cagefight? are you a first time fitness enthusiast?
