No previous experience required, first timers welcome, elite athletes welcome. This class is designed to teach you proper footwork, speed, agility, balance, reaction time, punches, kicks, offense, defense etc. We hit bags, focus mitts, thai pads and shields. Shinguards recommended but not mandatory.

Learn to defend yourself using your hands. Don't let anyone put their hands on you. If they do, this class will show you how to make someone pay for hitting you. You will combine offense, defense and reaction to maximize your ability to defend yourself or fight in a cage. Great for exercise as well.
