Personalized Fitness Training class is designed with you in mind. This class is designed to give you a customized workout based on your specific goals. You will be given a customized workout that will take about an hour to complete. You can come in anytime during the time frame allowed so you go at your own pace, show up when you decide works best.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5pm - 715pm
This class combines kickboxing technique for getting in the best shape of your life, training for local competitions, learning self defense or all 3. Mondays and Wednesdays 8pm - 845pm
