Live Sparring

Fridays 7pm - 8pm & Saturdays 11am - 1pm

Also available in our boxing and jiu jitsu classes as well.   Live Sparring is a safe and controlled combat sports class designed to improve your application of technique.  This works off your opponents reactions and improves how you progress. 

Cage Conditioning

You do not have to fight in a cage for this class.  The condition is top level and ideal for MMA athletes but perfect for anyone who loves to sweat and get a great workout.  It is combined with live sparring to bring you an amazing workout. 

MMA Thursdays 6:30pm - 7:15pm & Saturdays 11am - 1pm

You do not have to fight in a cage for this class, but the training is designed to combine boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, jiu jitsu, wrestling and more fighting styles to make you the most well round combat sports athlete possible.
