My fitness & mixed martial arts journey has been an amazing one since 2006 as a student In Cleveland, Ohio at team Griffonrawl. All before moving and becoming an instructor in Chicago, Orland Park and now Countryside, Il. Martial arts and fitness have changed my life. There are health benefits, safety benefits and confidance benefits. It helped me become a better version of myself and my goal is to pay it forward and help someone else achieve that same goal. It's easy to give up when it physically feels hard, im here to help you find what happens when you stay committed. The programs we offer are for fitness, self defense, sport competition and confidance.

My style of training is very technical, supportive and constructive. We have to ensure that you train with proper form from every exercise to every drill. The class types are diverse and no previous experience is required. ALL experience levels, fitness levels and ages are welcomed. Through dedication and commitment you will gain the confidence to start from basic level training and progress to advanced.
I began as the group mma instructor at Martial Arts academies in Chicago, Orland Park and now Countryside Illininois in 2011. My experience includes self defense classes at the WIP theater in Edison Park Chicago, Il, at Enhance Fitness Studio in Countryside and self defense classes for the girl scouts daisys (was so cute you should have seen it lol) I am the main instructor of martial arts classes at Chicago Public school afterschool programs since 2012 at John Hope high school, Hale Elementary, Enrico Tonti, Pasteur School, Hernandez and Durkin Park Elementary. I am currently the head coach at I Noah Training boxing, private lessons, kickboxing, no gi grappling, Torch 2.0 full body group fitness and PFT personalized fitness training.
Kickboxing = Kickboxing technique designed to improve your timing, speed, focus, accuracy, confidance, agility, self defense
Torch 2.0 = full body group fitness focusing on torching calories
PFT = This small group fitness class customizes the workout routines to your specific fitness goal. Whether you are training for a marathon, want to lose weight, training for police exam, first time fitness enthusiasts, want to gain strength, gettin ready for a cagefight, this program will customize the routine to the individual. Think of it as reducing the cost of a personal trainer.
kids mma + conditioning = kids ages 5-10 self defense and exercise instruction helps kids stay safe, learn confidance, burn energy and learn discipline.
No gi grappling for MMA = learn to defend yourself on the ground using takedowns, escapes, submissions, chokes. joinlocks. Perfect for competing in NAGA or US grappling .
We have the boxing, bootcamp and bloody mary social Sunday August 20th 9am. Work hard and play hard :)
Kickboxing, boxing, no gi grappling for mma, self defense and more! No previous experience required, ages 15+ for adult classes. Come ready for the challenge of your life! Feel free to invite a friend or family member to join you.
The torch program is a full body group workout class that focuses on torching calories while toning up and getting you in great shape.
The PFT program customizes the workouts for your specific needs. All workouts are about an hour long and you go at your own pace with a trainer there to help you get through it.
