About Us

My journey began in 2006...

My mixed martial arts training has been an amazing journey i'd love to pay forward. I began In Cleveland, Ohio at team Griffonrawl before moving and becoming an instructor in Chicago, Orland Park and now Countryside, Il. Training in fight sports changed my life for the better. My goal is to change people’s lives through martial arts and fitness to pay it forward.

 My style of training is very technical, supportive and constructive. We have to ensure that you train with proper form from every exercise to every drill. The class types are diverse and no previous experience is required. ALL experience levels, fitness levels and ages are welcomed.  Through dedication and commitment you will gain the confidence to start from basic level training and progress to advanced.

Our programs


Mixed martial arts

This program focuses on fight sports training for all levels.  Improve your boxing, kickboxing, mma grappling, jiu jitsu, wrestling, fight sports conditioning or live sparring in our classes. No previous experience required, ages 15+ for adult classes.  Come ready for the challenge of your life! Feel free to invite a friend or family member to join you. 


Torch 2.0 full body group fitness

The torch program is a full body group workout class that focuses on torching calories while toning up and getting you in great shape. 


Private Lessons

Individual instruction customized to your specific needs. Perfect for self defense, mixed martial arts, fitness or all 3.
